Description
Stainless steel wire drawing
Stainless steel wire drawing is the surface of stainless steel like a filament of texture, this is only a stainless steel processing technology. The surface is matt, carefully look at the top of a filament of texture, but can not feel out. Compared to ordinary bright stainless steel wear resistance, it looks more superior.
Wire drawing process will lose the thickness of stainless steel plate to a certain extent, generally in the 0.1-0.2 mm. In addition, due to the human body, especially the palm with a relatively strong fat and sweat secretion, stainless steel wire drawing plate often touched by hand will leave a more obvious fingerprint, need to be regularly scrubbed.
Stainless steel wire drawing boards are often used in kitchen and bathroom hardcover, high-grade electrical panels, etc.
International marking method for stainless steel wire drawing board
The American Iron and Steel Institute uses three digit numbers to mark all kinds of standard grade stainless steel wire drawing boards, as shown below.
1 Digital marking of 200 and 300 series of austenitic stainless steel wire drawing boards
2 Ferritic and martensitic stainless steel wire drawing plates are represented by 400 series numbers. For example, some more common austenitic stainless steel wire drawing plates are marked with 201, 304, 316 and 310.
3 Ferritic stainless steel wire drawing plate is marked with 430 and 446, martensite stainless steel wire drawing plate is marked with 410420 and 440 C, dual phase (austenitic ferrite)
4 stainless steel wire drawing plate, precipitated hardening stainless steel wire drawing plate and high alloy containing less than 50% iron are usually named by patent name or trademark.
Classification of stainless steel wire drawing surface texture
Wire drawing board generally refers to the surface of the grain plus general name, formerly known as grinding board, the surface of the grain has straight lines, irregular lines (and lines), corrugated and threads and other major types.
1. Drawing straight lines. Usually straight lines are obtained by mechanical friction on the surface of stainless steel. The drawing process can eliminate scratches on the surface of the raw material of the stainless steel plate and also has a good decorative effect. This pattern also has long lines and short lines, because the lines are so. Lines or short lines are made on the surface of the sheet with a cleaning cloth or a stainless steel brush, and the lines of different thickness can be obtained by changing the diameter of the brush.
2. Drawing disorder (and grain). From a distance, the surface of the grain is composed of a circle of abrasive lines, near the irregular disorder is grinded by the irregular swing of the grinding head, and then electroplating coloring. The surface of this pattern is matte state, and the production requirements are very high.
3. Wire-drawing corrugation. The manufacturing process is to use the axial movement of the upper group of grinding rolls on the brushing machine or the abrasive machine, so that the stainless steel surface can be abraded and corrugated.
4. Drawing threads. Its manufacturing process has some characteristics. First, it uses a small motor, its axis is equipped with round felt, the small motor is fixed on the desktop, but also with the edge of the table into an angle of about 60 degrees. To limit the thread speed, the felt and the mop can then be rotated in a straight line, and the same width of thread can be obtained on the surface of the stainless steel plate.
